I really liked this bag and wanted it to work with my 17" laptop. The laptop would fit in the opening for other stuff, but not in the designated laptop opening. The 17" laptop stretched the width of the bag to the limit, and I didn't think I would be able to fit anything else in. My stepson wanted the bag, so it is now his. I SO wish it would have worked with my laptop!

The shoulder strap is a little too short. I like the color combination (pale violet, or lilac, on the body and off-white on the strap), but I don't like the material combination (suede for the body, smooth leather for the strap). I am not sure I like the two pieces of leather that hang down from the shoulder strap. They serve no functional purpose that I can see, and they don't look beautiful. It is a good size bag, which I always welcome. Overall, it is a nice-looking bag, but nothing like what I was expecting. Too bad.
