  Sierra Designs Down Bootie

  These are great. I had a pair of a Sierra Design Down Booties for a long time. I replaced them with this item from Zappos when the soles tore out. These are better since they have more structure to keep the high top up. The soles also look thicker. These down booties are for men, which I don't know if the site specifies.

  Down Packable Bootie

  I am not exaggerating when I say that, for my husband and me, these are THE warmest slippers we have ever owned. And we keep our thermostat a little below 60 in the wintertime so we tend to wear fleece jackets and pants at home. My husband has NEVER found had warm feet at home till now. And actually when I first put them on I was a little shocked by how immediately very warm my feet were. Okay, so now you know how very, truly warm they are. They are also very, very lightweight. Definitely foldable (packable). They have zero foot support but I don't look for that in a slipper because I'm sitting around in them or meandering around from kitchen to couch, or couch to kitchen, or couch to bed at night. My husband laid in an orthotic in his slippers that he pulled out of old sneakers because he prefers the feeling of more support even when not doing much of anything. So clearly orthotics fit in there if you want them. I have feet that hurt in most shoes but with my fleece socks and these slippers I'm comfortable. I did follow the advice of another reviewer and got a size larger than I might have, hearing they run small. So I bought the size XL. I usually wear a 9.5 woman's shoe. The slippers are roomy at the toe - I can't even feel them - but honestly I love the feeling of having a little down comforter securely but gently (undetectably) wrapped around my foot. So the bottom line is these slippers are wonderful. I'd recommend them to everyone who wants nice warm comfy feet inside, when it's cold outside. The only reason I gave their stylish-ness a 4, not 5 star rating is that they're cool and squared off (and we got the black color so they're even more cool). They're stylish the way your down comforter is stylish- nice and warm and comfy. No pointy toes or velvet trim. Yay.

  The boots are ok; easy to get in, tighten, and loosen. I did notice that they do get wet after a day of boarding. I think I got a 1/2 size too big b/c my feet are not really tight inside. So make sure they fit well before riding in them.

  Great snowboard boot, very comfortable on and off the board, and true to size. My only complaint would be the placement of the tension dial, I ride with a 15 degree angle, and with highback properly setup its right on the dial, and has caused the dial to release a couple times. I’®d rather have it on the front of the boot. As always, another flawless order with Zappos, keep up the great work’…

  Good comfortable boots. Lacing system works really well, but it's just hard to organize the tightened laces. I'll get over it, because these boots felt good. Not sure on the arch support comment.
